I looked at some thing called action essentials 2 and it looked really cool its $100 is there any place they sell it a bit cheaper????

$100 is the cheapest you can get it for, even on eBay.
Yeah... or you can "get" it somewhere for free, but I don't recommend that. 
And it's Action Essentials 2, if you want to find very fu*king awesome action effects. So there you, go and get your own! 
I just ordered it, $100 for 500+ pre-keyed stock clips is a very good deal. Iv seen a pack of HD 720p clouds for $30 and that just came with a few clips of clouds, anyone can film that. The stuff in AE2 would be harder to film on your own.
