And you'll notice that all Smeagol's star wars videos and the Halo thing have more views than the masterpiece Unrenewable It's because nobody really searches "Unrenewable" on youtube, unless they already know it's a film.
I wouldn't mind a partnership someday on YouTube. Though having a small audience would be really cool. A benefit from having a small audience is you can socialize. If you have 5k of subscribers, you’re not possibly going to be able to reply to everyone. Plus it's not easy work being popular on YouTube, the audience can be really demanding. I'd rather be popular to a couple of people than 10k people saying "lol"
Yeah, I remember as a little kid dreaming that I was popular on youtube. I've been getting about 200-300 subscribers a month and I think I am getting there. I get like $50 a month so far from google adsense, but it is only 5 months since I've started it. I know what you're talking about the "not being able to reply to everyone" thing, its already hard! But above everything else, I think one day I will get a partnership

Please stop posting your stats, this thread is for discussion. If we wanted to know the stats, we could just check your channel. It's fair enough if you've passed a milestone (1000, 5000, 1000000) but otherwise, please don't.

We'll get used to the new YT style.... but now it looks freakishly ugly! 
The only thing that bothers me is the new grey background. I liked the white better.
The new channels designs are hideous.
