Well, first I need a little more info. If you have iTunes. You can download incompetech music from incompetech.com and put it in iTunes but unless you edit with iMovie afterwards, that will not help. And just to clear up, never use music that is copyrighted like anything you'll get off the iTunes store. For the answer your exactly looking for, go to this thread.

You can download Apple products like iTunes for Windows though.
For syncing animation to audio, you need to use this tutorial. You should be able to find X sheets in programs like monkeyjam that help you match the audio to the animation.
well, i have Goldwave, is there any plugins to sync in that program?
