Heyo,
I'm making a long film about 4 agents, but im outta ideas, so I need you're help! (You'll be put in the credits by the way) It's 30 minutes long and it's about 4 agents on a mission to kill a drug dealer dude (officially overused) but of course, brain is dead :why: so please help give me some ideas, thanks. Oh and I'm also looking for voice actors.

Let's get started, who are the agents? What are their names? Their backgrounds? Who is the drug dealer(s)? These may be questions to ask yourself. What agentcy are these four agents from? Are they "good" or "bad" agents? You might want to fill in the blanks. Also, when you say your out of ideas, what are you saying? There are four agents, a drug dealer and they're on a mission to kill him you have your idea right there.
Also, I could voice act, too.

I need fight scenes, dialogue, all dat fun schtuff, 4 agents with screwed up names that I WILL change sooner or later: Agent Blow (explosivez, derrrr) Agent Smith (leader) Agent Slick (hacking) and Agent Slice (speshul knivez n swerdz n schtuff) they are government agent aka (not trying to start a fight here) GOOD AGENTS, da drug dealer is a dude called General Larves, aka a war general, and he haz a whole army on his side, sells drugs n illegal weaponz, :letsdothis:
I could co-write, too, if needed. Though I'm not good with VFX so I obviously can't be a VFX Artist for this film 
I would suggest somebody like ZP for VFX.
