Okay, I have many opinions about this:
For one, you're right about the signs. But people are so caught up in iPods and stuff that they go past a sign and say; "What did that say?" Also, I heard Taco Bell doesn't use real beef in their Tacos ( 
) and their food suck. I don't like much fast food, personally. Also, I don't think I'd have the courage to refuse Perry Gripp himself on waffles. I'm really excited for you Harry!
Very funny, too bad you didn't stay longer and tour Disneyland!
Anyways, very fun to watch, wish I was you. 
Well, I have heard of all the joints you mentioned but In and Out.
I like Bed Bath and Beyond, they do have everything.

I'm just messin' with you. Taco Bell is okay, but not "the bomb". I myself don't like fast food either. It's just food scrapped toghether.

I'd never watched that before. Quite nice. The editing is was really made it smashing.
As far as I know, the absurd use of signs is more a Californian thing. I went there to LEGOLand, and one of the things that really stood out to me were the extreme amount of signs. Though, it also depends on how close you are to a bigger city, as the tend to have more of those from my experience of America in general.
