I am currently in the early stages of pre-production fora sci-fi brickfilm that I plan to make.   I hope to make it around ten minutes long. When I have finished scripting it I will make a casting call. I plan to have a couple of cgi scenes for in space.

So what its about. It is about a guy called Mac Reglas (supposed to sound like reckless) and another guy called Iggy Mcquo (pronounced Mckwo). Mac wants to send a thousand people to live on the newly-discovered planet Duo. The journey goes fine, but as they are approaching it, they are shot down by a UFO. They crash land on Duo, and they're computer for messaging is broken. The bad thing is, after a month without sending messages back, people from Earth would come in a rocket and save them. But no-one else knows where this planet is...

I think it's gonna be pretty awesome. Hopefully it will be good quality. I will do all the animation on Monkeyjam with a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 camera, and I will do image editing on Photoshop elements 7 (I recently switched from GIMP) and all the video editing on Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11. I won't need complex sets, as most will be on a planet with chromakeyed backgrounds, but I will need some Alien Conquest sets. Oh yeah, they meet aliens on Duo.
