Topic: Editing Software help

Hi guys.
Sorry I haven't been on much the past year ( mini/eek ), but I have major exams this year so I can't animate till their over. mini/sad
I should be back around late November to December.

Anyway, on to my main question. I recently upgraded my computer from Windows Vista to Windows 7.
While this has been a major improvement for the general running of my com, it has also made my Pinicle Studio 11 Editing software unable to work on my com.

So I'm trying to find a good editing software that has some nice effects and chroma key. I know we have a free software list, but I don't mind paying for this, so just wondering if you guys could help point me in the right direction. mini/smile

Thanks guys!

You can do anything, just have fun while doing it.

Re: Editing Software help

I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.
I really recommend it. It has lots of effects(like camera effects, chroma keying and light manipulation effects), transitions and some text and titles.
Sadly, it costs from $95 and up. Just google it and find the sony website to see more about it.;)

I'm using it too! mini/bigsmile
I really recommend it, the Platinum Production Suite also includes DVD production and sound software.
But it is $125 ...

Re: Editing Software help

I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11. I got loads off on Amazon and it has loads of effects(chromakeying, colour correction, etc.) It comes with DVD Architect Studio as well. So you should try it.

Re: Editing Software help

Windows - Sony Vegas Pro / Sony Vegas Movie Studio 11

Mac - Final Cut Express

They're both really good, but as your using a Windows Computer, use Sony Vegas.
