why don't you search you tube?
you may have to search a little bit but you'll find something you like ![]()
Here is a pretty good tutorial on walking. The standard cycle, and a smoother, slower one.
EDIT: those are good. but are there no very slow walk cycles at 15 fps?

Try a walk cycle that was originally created for 24 fps. That might be to slow but it's worth a try ![]()
