I am currently using the following software programs:
GIMP
MonkeyJam
I am wanting to do some rig removal in my stop motion films, but I can't figure out how to do this in GIMP 
Could someone point me to a tutorial for how to do rig removal in GIMP?

Uhh, add a base photo, add a layer on that, right click, goe to drop box saying layer, select mask mask, add mask layer, and repeat evrything from right click unitl the select mask layer thing, instead select apply mask layer
