F.O.S. Entry: Land Owner.
Story: Mr.Rushcan owner of most of the houses in New Brickton has a problem with Henry Johnson. Henry over the past few months has refused to pay his rent and is costing Mr. Rushcan a lot of money. Mr. Rushcan attempts to threaten Henry by attempting to call the police. Unfortunately for Mr. Rushcan The chief of police is Henry's best friend and refuses to arrest Henry. Mr. Rushcan feels he has no choice but to hire a killer to get rid of Henry once and for all.

Description: Not much dialog in this film. Dark scary person.
Age: Unknown just need a deep voice.

Animation Progress: All of Mr. Rushcan's outdoor scences are done and filmed at 24 FPS and Henry's Outdoor lines are just starting. I have about 30 seconds of animation and over 450 pictures.
