Topic: Posting problem.

Ever since I got a new version of Internet Explorer, the posting system has been glitching on me. I'll try to post edit something in the middle of the post by clicking in the middle of the post and after that it will only let me type at the start of the post. But when I go back in edit mode, NO PROBLEM! Please help. (I want to edit something in the middle but I cant due to the problem.)

EDIT: Now the problems happening in edit mode too! But it'll let me post at the start or end of post

I would sugest trying with another browser mini/smile

Cant respond after quote marks just so you know! Anyways, this is a family computer just so you know since my animating computer is really slow (Some parts dieing)

Internet Explorer is the worst browser known to man.  Initially we tried to fix some of the compatibility issues the forum has with it, but at some point it was just a lost cause. We may be significantly upgrading the forum software eventually, though, so perhaps that will resolve some of these issues.

You can have Google Chrome/Firefox running side by side with IE, so your family can use IE and you can use Chrome or Firefox.

Internet Explorer isn't really a supported browser for us anymore, since it's quickly losing it's market share.

I'm using Chrome right now, but I have Firefox my other computers.
Chrome is better in my opinion.

Firefox and Chrome are both good choices. If you have a laptop or a not-too-powerful computer as you say, go for Chrome as it's more lightweight. Firefox is a nice choice if you have power to spare. I use Chrome on my Laptops and Firefox on my Desktop.

Remember that I can't upgrade.

You can't install new software? Why not?

I've used IE, FireFox, Chrome, and Opera. Out of all, Opera is the best.

Opera is also the oldest. It's been continuously updated since 1996.

Personally, I recommend the Beta versions of Firefox. They're up to 7.0 now.

Browsers, maybe. But my dad, he made my computer, worked at microsoft, and made several softwares (One being an auction software used at the school auction. Also, they were personal softwares, not ones that microsoft released. I think mini/confused )
