Topic: Dark Lighting

Guys, I was wondering how every makes the lighting in their films dark. For my upcoming film I'm going to need to do some dark lighting tricks. What I mean is, I want it to look like it's nighttime outside, but I'm unsure of how to do that. Would I just do it all natual? Or is there some lighting effects you can do? Thanks guys.

Re: Dark Lighting

I lower the brightness and exposure in the Quickcam 9000 program to make stuff dark.
