If anyone's interested, I'm told this (or part of it or something) is going to be shown on the Click technology show on the BBC News channel on Saturday morning, around 11:30.
Hah, Tripoli took over
Stupid world events. ![]()
Wow, I didn't realize 0ldscratch was that old
. Cool story though.
I thought he was 20-30 ![]()
Just seen it on BBC News. My mum shouted me to get through to the living room to see it.
Haha, my mom would have been totally clueless. My family never really gets this community. I try to explain and point out things but they just think I'm weird
.
We usually watch Click at school in Computing, so hopefully some people in my class will finally understand when I say my hobby is brickfilming.
This came up in a British magazine called The Big Issue. The magazine itself is an initiative to get homeless people off the street by giving them a job standing on busy streets selling this magazine.
Unfortunately they focus mostly on the Star Wars side of brickfilming, but 0ldScratch gets another mention. I tell you, that man is taking over the British media.
OHH YEAHHH...ONLY BRICK AT A TIME. Its good that we are getting some more publicity!
Very cool! 0ldScratch might be the #1 ambassador to the hobby. Media darling, indeed. It was the article about him in Wired that caused the biggest growth at Brickfilms that I witnessed.

Yep. It was this article back in 2003 which brought me to the hobby and Brickfilms.com...
