Well, here are some of my own:
"Hey, isn't that David Brickston with red pants?" you may ask. Well, yes, It is. I made him before I made The Case of David Brickston (View Here) though and I made him with red pants. Now the office nerd over there, I originally gave him this head:
but changed it for a more nerd-like look. And the clown-unibrow guy, well, I just put him here and there in random films.
I created all these guys at the Build Your Own Minifigure section of my local(ish) LEGO Store.

No need to be snappy. This thread is in fact redundant, and should be moved.
Please don't create duplicate threads. The thread KinzCove linked to will do just fine for your custom minifigure sharing needs.
