Sorry to double post BUT IN NEED OF THIS FIXED. I'm submitting my BRAWL film.
Probably the same as Kinzcove's thread.
what is the error? I might be able to fix it if I knew the error message you're getting.
When I try to put a registered name in the credits, it appears with an error when I type a letter then a list of names. I just put all the people in the unregistered users for now. I'll rearrange them once it's in the directory (it will probably be fixed then). But is there anyway once it's fixed I can go back and enter them in the registered user credits?
Sorry if this is confusing.
EDIT:

I suggest putting the names in the lower entry field for unregistered users if you're in such a rush. I'm sure you'll be able to put things in order once the issue is resolved.
It should be working now.
I already posted the film and put them in the unregistered users. Can I go back and edit it?

You should be able to edit your film page, yes. On the index page, go to "Manage Films" under the Controls (the green panel). Then, click on your film, and on the film page there should be a big button in the top right that says "Edit". Click that, then go to the Cast&Crew panel and click "Edit" on there. A new window should open where you can edit the cast and crew information.
I'm gonna check real quick if there are any problems on that page.

Does it need to be approved and reviewed? I just submitted it today, so it doesn't have a film page yet (it's my BRAWL film).

It needs to be approved and/or reviewed first before the film page public, yes, but you should be able to see the film page yourself at all times.
Ok, thanks, once it's approved, I'll change it up. ![]()

You don't have to wait until it's approved to change it. You can change it any time you want, he's just saying that other people can't see the film page until it's approved.
If you wait, you're going to have to wait a really long time.

How do I edit it then?

I think he needs to edit a film that hasn't been approved/reviewed yet. He's asking if there is a way to do that.
Hm? I thought that BertL's post that I quoted was the answer. Can't you still edit it if it isn't approved? BertL said that the director can still see the film page even though everyone else can't. So it's there, but others can't see it. Shouldn't it be editable if you can see it?
I tried following the instructions... I couldn't find it...
