Re: The BRAWL 2011 Update Thread (LAST DAY)
Maybe you could squeeze the seats closer? Airplanes usually are like that. In other words, make the set a bit smaller.

Thanks, guys. I'm not sure how I didn't think of that myself. >.<

One more shot to film today and I'm done animation. My entry is a total of around a minute and a quarter in length.
Other than having to redo some shots because of lack of mod element, the BRAWL curse hasn't hit me, yet....
Might re-animate a few shots to polish them up some.
I'm regretting the choice to make my film take place in a plane. The inside of planes are hard to build in a way that makes them believable. I mean, look at this pathetic attempt:
It looks more like an airport waiting area than the inside of an airplane.
Any help with this? (Just how would I get this set to look like an airplane)

My eyes are bad, what color are the walls?
I'd make the the walls start to curve in near the top, like, you know, the inside of an actual airplane. It looks like your airplane is a giant cube.
I'd move the walls so they touch the sides of the seats, or are at least within one stud of them.

The guy with the red torso on the far left is quite handsome actually.

I agree with you!
A few recomendations, JK.
First, try to make the windows a tad bit bigger, if you have that amount of pieces. Second, I agree with the others, and you should put a place to put the luggage. And third, you should put a label of the airline on the side of the wall. ![]()
On my film, I've got about a minute and 15 seconds done. I hope to have the film be about 3 minutes long.

A few more suggestions: Make the aisle four studs wide instead of six. Also, make the floor all one color.
The ginger fella and the guy beside him and very dashing indeed.
I personally think it'll be grand. At this stage I'd just get on and animate.
OK, taking everyone's advice. (there sure is a lot of it
)
Thanks, everyone!

Now wer gonna lose two times.
Ontopic: I'm starting animation today
