Not exactly,lego hasn't made them,but they're still (fake) pieces.
Custom made Lego accessories such as Brickarms or items from Brickforge most certainly do fall under the category of "bricks", CDP.
Those look pretty neat, Spark. I might have to grab a couple for myself, I could see a clear gun being VERY useful.
