Ok, so let's ay I have a Logitech Quickcam 9000 Pro and I have the downgraded version of their software so I have control of White Balance. If I buy a C910 and plug it in, will it work with the downgraded software? Or do I need to call Logitech again and ask for the downgrade again. Also, is there a downgrade for the C910 that let's you put everything on Manual?

You can put everything on manual with the C910's regular software, dude! No need to downgrade. In the latest version of the software, there's manual controls for EVERYTHING.
Have some trust in Logitech! 
Thanks! Yeah sorry, it's just with people these days wanting everything to be done for them, it kinda makes me think this would be the same but you and Logitech have proved me wrong. Thanks!

I think you have forgotten the recent update that came in April for the C910 and the 9000. It allowed there to be full manual controls.
But I must ask, if you have a 9000, why would you need a C910? The quality is almost the same, and sometimes you can achieve better quality with a 9000 with good lighting than a C910 with average lighting.

I heard that it's a better camera.
So let's say I put my Logitech disc in the PC and install it. When it installs do I just look for an update symbol or what? 
EDIT: Also, my webcam is actually a Webcam 9000 Pro if you want to get technical.

Well, if you buy a C910 then you get a new disk with a new software. Just install it after you have uninstalled the Webcam 9K Pro software and it will automatically check for updates.
I'm talking about my QC9P. If I uninstall the old version and put in my standard installation disk, will it automatically update my QC9P software or will I have to click on something?
