I don't think, that Amy Winehouse's death is overshadowing the mass murder in Norway. Only in this forum. Outside it's a big issue.
If you want to talk about it, a forum for brickfilms is probably not the right place.

My local newspaper's front page today was about the Civil War. There was one small article about what happened in Norway, on page 20. Pretty pathetic, though I didn't see anything about Winehouse if that counts for anything...

It seems a lot of the Golden Oldies in brickfilming are 'retiring'. I barely know any of them, it seems such a shame. Well, it's us newbies who will have to step up to the bat soon. Here's hoping the hobby will long continue.

93 dead, the authorities think all by one man. Apparently (according to the murder) the slaughter was 'cruel but necessary'. Amy Winehouse was a tragedy too though; such an incredible voice wasted so young. Oh, and News of the World closed down due to phone hacking. Good riddance.

I just watched it. You managed to sum up the splendour of life in a single video. Thank you for one of the best brickfilms ever - not necessarily by what was animated, more how it was animated. I can't explain it. If someone has been bothered to read this, stop please, go and watch the video.
Well sadly I lost interest in Blitzquik my current brickfilming project. Losing inspiration happens all to frequently for me
I will be releasing the animated parts (very little) and the audio which was all completed.
Mainly audio works as radio drama in a bad way.
