Topic: Space Images
Does anyone know where I can get some really good, high quality, royalty-free images of deep space? It's for an upcoming movie I'm making where there's a very brief space scene.
Thanks,
-Jam

Have a look in here.
If you don't like any of them, I'm pretty sure NASA's photos are copyright free but you can read up for yourself to check.
Google it.
I never would have thought of that one! But, seriously, don't go to every thread telling someone to google it.

Hmm. Google is a good source though but it will also appear with crappy pun images that have the littlest to do with space so Google is good and bad for pictures.
Other then that, I agree with Hazzat's post

Can't you like make a starfield in Gimp or Photoshop? I mean, a fairly realistic one--not just yellow dots on a black background? I saw this once but can't remember where.
In addition to the other things mentioned, I like to use this site for space scenes. I dunno if it's what you're looking for but I find it pretty useful and it's worth a look.
nasaimages.org is pretty good for images
Space.com has some good ones too
