Re: What was the last movie you watched?
Plan 9 From Outer Space
So awesome. I've seen it like 8 times in the last year.

That's not really a spoiler, LSP.
Blade Runner
I've tried to like it like two times before several years ago, but I didn't. After years of ignoring it, really liked it this time.
Street Kings
Great film! The casting was done great! It's not a masterpiece but heck it's an entertaining movie and that's exactly what it aims for. I've heard the first pick to play Ludlow was Sean Penn not Keanu Reeves and even though I thought Keanu was ok in this I wish Sean played the part. Anyways... I recommend it if you're not looking for somethin' too extraordinary, just for simple entertainment.

Cave of Forgotten Dreams
Amazing film. If you have not seen this beautiful masterpiece yet, go out and see it NOW. You'll miss out on one of the best documentaries ever made.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2
Wow, great ending to the saga.
My Name is Bruce
Pretty funny, definitely had its moments. I loved "Cave Alien 2". And the ending was actually quite clever...

Robin Hood
... I expected it to be more Robin Hood-ish. But it wasn't as bad as I expected. Crowe was undeniably awesome as usual. In total it's pretty mediocre, but entertaining enough. Except the stupid long slow-motion "NOOOO" cry at the end just bothered me. When are filmmakers going to stop doing this? First off to make such a long yell, you have to breath in completely, then start yelling. In other words, it's calculated, rendering it unnatural. A short boisterous no on the other hand, would have made sense.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2
After the disappointing (in my opinion) part one, where they basically just camped for the entire film, I was a little unsure what to expect.
But, I really enjoyed it. I'm not really a huge fan of Harry Potter, but I have to admit that it was a good way of finishing the films. I also quite liked how, although so many died, the tragicness wasn't dragged out. Like when
Fred (or was it George, I think it was Fred but I'm not 100% sure) died,
I thought it was going to be really tragic, everyone crying for the next hour, etc. But they got it over with quick.
The humour in it also worked quite well. And I really liked how most of it was action, there wasn't bits which (like part one) I wanted to fall asleep in.
I find it funny how, at the end, Harry and Malfoy looked older, but Ron and Hermione didn't look that different.
But the ending was great, I thought that it was a great conclusion.
And I never knew Hazzat sigged me. First time I've ever been sigged. Yay.
White Comanche
Pretty good spaghetti western, it remained entertaining throughout. William Shatner was actually pretty good in it.
Drag Me To Hell
It sucks that horrors like this get less good the more you watch them (in contrary to Evil Dead for example).
The Grand Duel
A very good spaghetti western, a lot better that "White Commanche", (which, by definition, isn't actually a spaghetti western, as it was done in Spain). Really good soundtrack, Lee Van Cleef was his usual kick-ass self. Really enjoyable.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
I watched this mainly to update the rest of my family on events before the Deathly Hallows as we're away to see Part 2 soon. This is one of my favourites of the series, I thought the Dumbledore's Army scenes were always interesting and
the fight at the Ministry towards the end was fantastic, though I wish there was more shown in the Department of Mysteries, like the time-turners.
Hate Thy Neighbour
It was OK, although for a while I thought I was watching Keoma and was expecting Franco Nero to appear.
He didn't.
The Last Airbender
I was expecting it to be so bad its awesome - and it has its moments where I burst out laughing - but most of the laughter was the high pitched laughter a mental patient makes when he's completely snapped.
Its not the worst movie I have ever seen in my life; but I sat through 'Gerry'...
Cars 2
Great action sequences and incredible animation, but the story is boring and predictable, it reaches it's young audience but forgets us grown ups, not what we are used of by Pixar.
Midnight In Paris
I haven't seen much Woody Allen films, but this was fun and wonderfull, Paris is really beautiful.

I still need to see that. I recommend Sleeper and Manhattan.
I finished watching Zodiac.
Great film, kept me at the edge of my seat even though I knew the Zodiac killer was never found. The recreation of the murders are brutal.
