Re: The Animation Challenge

Oookaaay.... So what you did was shot everything with a "still" camera, then afterwards, moved each frame a little bit?
Correct?

If so, then I guess you used a higher resolution "shot" then the resolution of your actual film, correct? Because else you would see the whole picture move, but the edges on your film a stable...again, correct me if I'm wrong...

The first "bump" was through taking pictures and moving the webcam. The second (where he fell down) was from me moving the frames a tiny bit. I didn't understand what you were saying about the resolution.

Re: The Animation Challenge

Ok. I know I have told you guys I am not posting this week but I have to send my entry in now cuz I'll be gone this weekend. I got a new webcam in the middle of filming. That's why it looks a lot better farther in. Here is my entry:

Hello!

Re: The Animation Challenge

Hello, welcome to Bricksinmotion, White_Brick.

Please read this. It's a guide to BiM, if you read it you might understand a little better on how to behave here and what not to do.

Well, I honestly couldn't see how this entry relates to the "earthquake" topic. So don't get you hopes up on winning mini/smile
Nice quality of the new webcam though...

Re: The Animation Challenge

I've got some motivation to make an entry.

Of course, that's if this slow computer can actually make a film.

Re: The Animation Challenge

I like the spark effects. mini/smile Along with the Troll thing. xD Is that a real site?
Though, the guy looked like Dane Cook wearing a wig, I think a hair chage to his usual appearance would have been funny, even it you were not trying to make him.

Re: The Animation Challenge

Thanks!
No, the troll site is fake, just something I whipped up in After Effects.
