Re: What was the last movie you watched?
Oh wow, I assumed those were CGI penguins because of how unrealistic their acting looked. ![]()

Don't underestimate a penguins acting ability. Or their tap-dancing and surfing abilities.
Harry Potter And The Deathy Hallows Part 2
It was quite good. A little sloppy and seemingly rushed but definitely one of the better ones of the series. The 3D gave more depth to a lot of scenes but that's pretty much it, not really worth your money if you ask me.
It's already out? Nobody told me! I thought it came out on Friday!!

Different countries have different release dates.
Super 8
WOW. The beginning and middle were superb, but the ending made me say lolwut? The cinematography was quite excellent throughout the movie, and the acting was pretty good. Though there were many flaws and the loud random explosions or loud sounds were quite annoying, I will give this a positive 8.5 out of 10.
Mein liebster Feind - Klaus Kinski / My Best Fiend
A documentary about Werner Herzog, Klaus Kinski and the films they made together. Insanity taken to a new level. On the one side Kinski going mad, on the other side the silent Herzog, who lets people move a steam ship over a mountain. I still can't believe, that they didn't kill each other. But for all that they produced 5 amazing films.
Eyes Wide Shut(one of the coolest movie titles ever?)
One of Kubrick's best films. So good. I love the cinemaphotography, and Tom Cruise was better then I remembered, I actually liked him in this, for once.
The Evil Dead
One of the best horror movies ever made.
Fast and Furious
Boy is Vin Diesel awesome or what?
even though this film didn't bring anything new to the franchise it at least got the good cast back and I'm lookin' forward to watch "Fast Five" I guess I'll wait for DVD since I've heard the movie is worth it. So for fast and furious I give 6/10.
Sanjuro
Really awesome. Love the cinemaphotography and the fighting scenes are better put together then in most contemporary action scenes. I imagine that Kurosawa's camerawork was quite renovative in its time.
House of 1000 Corpses
The opening scene was really awesome, the rest kind of sucked. They should have made a movie about the clown instead of making him a side character.
Winnie The Pooh (2011)
That was just plain fantastic. It's everything I loved about the original Winnie The Pooh and more. The new voice actors are just tremendous (Bud Luckey as Eeyore and Tom Kenny as Rabbit!
). The animation is just amazing and the music choked me up for some reason. Everything was just put together so beautifully, definitely one of the better Disney movies.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2
Brilliant. Just brilliant. An amazing end to an amazing series.
Winnie the Pooh
I cried at the end. Loved every second of it. Just as my local newspaper said, IT WAS FLAWLESS! The animation and not to mention the beautiful background art was mind-blowing.
Great job Disney, you've brought a good name to hand-drawn animation. This was also hands-down the best animated film I've seen this year. Hope Disney makes more 2D animated films in the future.
The Prestige
Loved it.
Batman versus Wolverine basically. Batman won! >:D]
