Though, I think it would look cooler if the fuzz where at a top corner, and if it went all the way to the edge instead of dropping off suddenly at the side. And what with the type on the right side?

Thanks.

And yeah I know what you mean, but I needed a bit of black to show my logo. And the text was for the lulz really...

Copyright free stuff, like Findsounds, is OK.

Findsounds isn't copyright free, that's like saying Google is copyright free.

I am sorry to get you wrong.  But go on the site scroll at the bottom.  You'll see this:  This site is licensed under a Creative Commons License.  Witch is this :  http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/2.0/ .  And by the licence you are free to share, to copy, distribute and transmit the work to make commercial use of the work.  I'm being really good at searching royalty-free licences since I became a YouTube partner.

In conclusion,  freesound.com is a TOTALLY no copyright website.

No problem if I helped.  I am awesome.

Re: YouTube

Sorry, Hazzat, but alexsnowskate is right. Findsounds.com is a search engine licensed under Creative Commons.

Re: YouTube

Hazzat has the same opinion.

Olsonstudios disagreed. mini/tongue

Yeah, I do a lot of Channel tests too. xD I've been trying to work out a good Batman Channel design for when I am the Night comes out. Not exactly coming along too well. mini/tongue

Personally, I really like bright, more clean, and somewhat colorful channels. good example being ZackMG http://www.youtube.com/user/ZachMG It's very nice, clean, and just easy to look at, or my channel http://www.youtube.com/user/AnnoyingNoi … ature=mhee
I find darker channels a little difficult to look at. mini/tongue
But it's videos that count, isn't it? mini/smile

Not to bug, but I can't find where it says this. I find 'Copyright Policy' where it says:

Copyright Policy

When you perform a search using FindSounds.com, FindSounds Mobile, or the WebPalette feature of FindSounds Palette, you obtain links to audio files hosted by Web sites throughout the world. The sounds in these audio files may be copyrighted and their use governed by national and international copyright laws. We do not offer advice on the fair use of these files.

In compliance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will remove links to copyrighted sounds from FindSounds.com, FindSounds Mobile, and FindSounds Palette at the request of the copyright holder. I may be mistaken, but to me that sounds like, "These are copyrighted." And I see no mention of creative license. I may be blind, but this is what I see.

EDIT: Wait... does the post above this answer my question....?

Re: YouTube

Yes.  I thaught he saif freesound.com.  findsound.com is not royalty.

Oh. I didn't really pay attention to the difference of the two words. Sorry about the minor complaint.

Re: YouTube

Re: YouTube

So does that mean that you can use freesound.org's sound effects for your ToY entry?

Pretty sure, yes, but you have to credit the persons who recorded the sound.

Re: YouTube

Copyright free stuff and stuff available under creative commons is two different things guys. I don't really know how to explain but it's not the same. Let's say music under creative commons still belongs to it's owner, the copyright holder it's just that the owner gives permission to use the music for other people's needs. Copyright free stuff however basically doesn't belong to anyone, it's just there and it has no copyright protection.

This is a couple of days late, but Fancypants is not going to make videos anymore, at least for 2 years.

We have GOT to get his little brothers over here.

Well sometimes a break helps... besides this simply reminds us that after all, brickfilming is just a hobby and unfortunately hobbies aren't always what we can afford/have. You have to have a life you know... mini/lol

What is this life you speak of... mini/blankexpression

But seriously, at least it's for his church, and for his faith. I would do the same thing too. Though it is a shame that we won't get to see The Force Unleashed 2 for a while. mini/tongue

Re: YouTube

Hearing his decision to go with the church was weird though... I just couldn't understand his decision because I am not religious at all. I believe in God but I don't believe in Church cause it's ran by the people who are just as dumb and mortal as me mini/smile besides if you want to help people  there are other ways.... If he's happy with it it's cool I'm just lettin' you know my opinion if anyone gives a *beep* about it.

Re: YouTube

Well, it's his decision and that's all that matters.
