I did all the test lines so you could pick which one I do best (and if you fall short with voice actors.)

If filmyguy won't, I think Audacity is working now so I'll give it a shot.
UPDATE: Officer Duncan is URGENT!
I might give Officer Duncan a try. He has only one line, and I can do a dumb-sounding voice.
