Borat

roflcopter. That was one of the funniest films I've seen.

My old YouTube is since long ago defunct - now even removed.
Here is my new one.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Ghostbusters

As usual, I really enjoyed watching this. I'm actually a little bit surprised about how well done the visual effects were, despite when it was made. Once again, another film I've really enjoyed watching.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

I just watched Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog (I suppose it is more of a TV show? Oh well.) Really well done, great story, excellent music and singing, and all around great acting. I have to say, I with there were more like this.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Pink Panther 2

Better than i expected. It was quite funny and had a nice plot. Overall a decent sequel.

Fanboys
Any Star Wars (of the original trilogy preferably) would love this. It was hilarious.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Back to the Future
i watched all three back to back.
very good series but they all seem like variations of the other two.

If I'm on the forums, I'm probably waiting for Blender to finish rendering.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

That's kind of the point of Back to the Future. History repeating itself.

There is one scene where a basket is shown with something bloody in it, probably a guy's head.

It was a tongue, I believe.

Pink Floyd The Wall
By far the strangest movie I've ever seen. The whole thing just seems like one big metaphor, but a metaphor for what? I don't know. If anyone here has seen this movie and understands it, please let me know.

Pouble dost.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Beautiful. It was nearly three hours long, but it didn't drag on at all. I loved it.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

No Country For Old Men

I was loving it until it abruptly ended. No redemption, no comeback, no victory. It just ends.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

I think the ending of that film is great. I can't see it ending any differently and having the same effect.

Lawrence of Arabia

I saw this on a giant screen, with a 70mm print. It was, quite frankly, magnificent. It's epic in the true sense of the word (as opposed to the "LOL EPIC" sense).

Why does everyone hate the ending?!

You guys just too used to huge epic movies with happy endings were there is nothing left to solve. I think the ending was fantastic and it worked perfectly with the story.

Why do bad guys or good guys always have to have a comeback or victory?

Rambo - First blood

Did only see the first hour or so, are going to watch the rest tomorrow.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

The Corpse Bride
Very enjoyable! The stopmotion is as brilliant as Coraline but parts of the story, just didn't work for me... It was somewhat predictable and a couple scenes didn't fit IMO. Still a great movie though. mini/smile

Eagle Eye
Eh... I didn't like this at all, the action scenes where overdone and the story was pretty far fetched.

The ending to No Country for Old Men was great. It leaves you with a sense moral ambiguity that Ed Tom has throughout the whole film, and that's the point. It's about a growing age of violence that this man from a past generation doesn't understand and is powerless to stop, thus the film has no resolution.

You know, you either don't say any spoilers or you hide em mini/smile

That is more fun for the people who haven't seen the movie.
