Re: The Video Editing Thread
I know how complicating it is...if you edit your whole 10 minute movie on one timeline! All I have to do is edit seperate parts of my movie and import the seperate final parts of my movie into one main project!

Slight bump but lets put this thread back on track.
Hoogle once gave the advice "Always edit to music even if you don't plan on using it in your final film". It has always seemed like sound advice to me.
Now, can we talk about the actual process of editing now instead of arguing over what editors are best?
-Thanks in advance.
I use adobe after effcts and magix. Now I use Vegas pro trial. Can you say, please, how i can disable the frame transitions?
I used to have that problem but now I think I fixed it. You click file new change the frame rate to 15 fps and set the pixel ration to NTSC DV Widescreen.
I am very surprised at how many effects iMovie HD has! I just found it hidden in my computer.
OMG I love iMovie HD! It's so much better than the new iMovie! For the win!
Unfortunearly iMovie only is for mac.
But I use Sony Vegas
In a very few short days I'll be using Adobe After Effects CS5.5! Maybe even today!

AE isn't an editor.
I know that...I use for adding special effects and color correction and compositing and all of that other cool stuff!
Wrong Thread
Ooops! Sorry about that. But on the other hand...I can cut and paste and trim and add effects on a timeline just like an editing program.
What program do you use for editing music?
Bump.
he did, he was using "BUMP" as code for some thing. B stands for..... oh, sorry, I don't think he was..... Never mind
Question:
Has anyone else got Hitfilm?
