Only a few problems I found.
1. Only Forums pages have left bound Logo and Section Buttons
2. Forums are not affected by the slight color change, but the buttons were when I cleared my cache to get the other pages to work.
3. Forums pages do not have a link to the 'store' section
Evidence:
Updating colors is probably easy, and I personally think all the Logo/Section Buttons should be left bound, but centered would be fine too.
Everything is fine for me. Maybe clearing your cache will fix it.

I think clearing your cache will fix all those problems, yes. It looks like you've got a mix of the old and new files going right now.
I suppose the changes may not be universally popular, but the stretch to fit layout of the site was really problematic for formatting reasons, particularly in regard to some things we want to have on the site in the future. Most websites use a layout more like what we've moved over to because you can ensure that the content will look similar on every computer this way.

I didn't say they were bad changes, just that I didn't really have any comments for them. I'm neutral. (Although, the "You will be redirected in 1 second" box being moved to the middle of the screen keeps catching me off guard.)
There's still a bit of polishing needs to be done till it's all working to how i'd like it to, but it really makes what we're soon planning to implement on the site a lot easier.
Seems good to me
I mean the site design is what I'm talking about.
