Sorry, I might have mistaken the meaning of risque? All I was trying to imply that some of the violence had me cringing at times, therefore I'd just cautious before seeing it if you tended to be iffy with graphic violence.
I was referring to the violence, actually.
And FYI, in my opinion it wasn't in the slightest tame. Geez, now you can't even voice your opinion without it being 'wrong'?

Plus a heck load of semi-naked woman scattered about.
Taken out of context. You lose.
You said children shouldn't see it because of violence and a heck of a lot of naked women scattered around. That's what this pointless discussion is about.

Hence why there were two quotes, not one.
I think the problem here is that Onion is speaking subjectively and Darkman (specifically) is speaking objectively.
can we close the argument then, please?
I was interested until I saw the word: "semi."
But in all seriousness, I need to see this film.
Wow this page has been dumb.
I saw Moon last night. It was pretty cool, but it was one of those movies that seemed super pointless. I usually don't mind that, but something about Moon seemed disingenuous, and after watching it I read that the Duncan Jones had approached Sam Rockwell asking if he was interested in his script, and Rockwell said no to the script, but still wanted to work with Jones, and that he was interested in doing a sci-fi movie. And that's the only reason Jones wrote Moon - so he could do a film with Sam Rockwell, and to be honest that seems really dumb and stupid.
The Hitcher
Daaaaang. That's gotta be the best film I've seen in a while.
Benny & Joon
It's got Johnny Depp doing Buster Keaton. 'Nuff said.
Kung Fu Panda. One word. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dreamworks has made the second one...it's still in its trailer phase though.

Kung Fu Panda 2 is already out.
