I guess mediafire links? There is no current feature of this sort that I am aware of, but it would be a great addition and warmly welcomed by all, I would think.
Or you could just use e-mail. An e-mail address is a requirement to sign up to the site I believe.

And the maintenance costs to allow for that kind of bandwidth usage would go up a whole lot.
People would just be using it to send lossless audio to each other. And like Riley said, It'll waste server resources.
Find some alternative solution. Skype, for example, has p2p file transfer, or you could use Pastebin, Dropbox, Imgur, Mega upload, Email, ect, depending on what it is you're sending.
Riley's got it. It'd be a lot of cost to reinvent the wheel when services like Gmail, MediaFire, and Skype should all suffice.
