It's not the splash screen, It's the load screen.

then what the devil is the splash screen? could you post a SS? When i click on premiere it goes straight to the load screen and i haven't followed your tut, must be an elements thing.

No, i don't have a css elements sorry, The splash screen thingy was like a welcome screen that slowed the start up speed of elements.
