I have used MonkeyJam and WMM but I need a program that doesn't require a webcam. Help?
Wait, what? None of these programs require a webcam. Monkeyjam is a picture capture program. You can use a regular photography camera with it as well, or you can import pictures from a different location, such as a scanner, or your "My Pictures" folder. WMM is a (basic) editing program. You don't need a camera, but you do need a video file to edit.
