I don't think this is on the free software list, but it is a very good free and under-appreciated program. It's called SAM animation, (which rhymes with Spam) and it lets you go up to 30 fps. It's very simple, does not glitch very often, and lets you either import photos from a digital camera or hook up a webcam and use it to take pictures. There is a version that you have to buy, but if you purchase the full version it's virtually a stupid version of iMovie. So I would suggest getting the free version, exporting the raw footage and putting it into iMovie, then editing it from there. It's a good software, it's what I use, and I suggest you use it ![]()
