Topic: Adobe After Effects
I've just got the trial of Adobe After Effects and im trying to do car headlights but it's very confusing.
so do any of you guys know how to do it or do you know of any good tutorials.

I've been looking on the adobe site and and it say's i cant get the CC spotlight.
so do you guys know of any other programs that would do car headlights.
Due to the approaching deadline of the EASTER contest a quick response would be appreciated.

The reason that they don't let you get CC Spotlight is because you are using the free trial. CC Spotlight and all the other third-party presets are only available if you buy the full version of the program.
Are there any other programs that can do headlights.
I have not actually tried this, but download GIMP, and for each picture, go to layers>light>supernova and position it where you want it for every picture.

For frames where the car stays the still/the same as the last frame just have the lights on a separate layer and change the bottom layer.
