Is the accent that the guy in the suit has in Ham On Set a German accent? If not, what does one sound like?

ham on set is a russian Accent.

Thanks, I always wondered what kind of accent that was. As for your link, it doesn't help. What I really need is a audio clip of someone speaking English in a German accent, then I imitate what it sounds like.

somewhere on that site there was a chick that did something like 21 accents in the video section, one of them was german.
