Yeah mine does. Hey, at least you can run better than me. I'm in pretty good shape in the summer and fall, so my time for the mile in the winter was about 7:00.

Anyways, my parents are pushing me to decide on what school I want to go to next year. At one I have lots of friends and the curriculum is pretty normal, but at the other one the curriculum involves Latin, Greek, and lots of reading which I think I might like. I really don't know what to do.

I've always wanted to learn Latin. That, or Greek.

We don't do the mile run or the 'Beep Test' (though my friend does the latter). No... we do the 12 minute run. It's currently the most hated thing in school.

Latin is pointless. It's a dead language learned by people to come of ass smart. I did it for four years and it did nothing for me.

My friend learned Latin and he says it's very helpful for speaking different languages. He hasn't even taken Italian, yet he can carry on a decent conversation in it because he knows the roots of all the words.

Not French, though. He can't do French.

Learning Latin to be able to speak a little Italian is kind of illogical. Learning Italian would be a better choice.

I didn't find Latin helpful. But I've never been good at languages...

I really enjoyed learning about the Roman Culture though. In fact, I like learning about any culture. I just cant do languages...I try but I cant...

I have to do all these things! I have to do the beep thing and the lady that says it is so annoying. Also we do the mile run and my best time is 6:30. Also if someone get's over 14 minutes then we have to do it again!
