FYI, a laptop comes with a screen and keyboard so that's kind of redundant unless you want split screen. An extra keyboard is definitely redundant.

I'm sure with the specs you specified, you can find something under $500 from your friendly neighborhood computer store website (tigerdirect.com, amazon.com, etc.).
