Topic: OSCAR ANALYSIS: Animated Shorts

I apologize if this seems like spam, but I really think the BiM crowd would appreciate it. I recently watched the animated short films nominated for an Oscar here.

There sadly aren't any stop-motion entries this year, but there are some great little films.

What were your favorites?

Re: OSCAR ANALYSIS: Animated Shorts

Definitely Day and Night.

Loved watching that one before I saw Toy Story 3.

Re: OSCAR ANALYSIS: Animated Shorts

"Day And Night" or "The Thing" would be my first guesses. They were my favorites out of all of them.

But then again, The Oscar people are idiots so they're probably going to make something stupid like "The Gruffalo" or "Let's Polute" win.

Most likely. mini/smile I rarely predict the shorts accurately.

Re: OSCAR ANALYSIS: Animated Shorts

I haven't seen the others except for Day and Night, but since you have a link to watch these, i was wondering if you have a link to last years- the animated short "Logorama" really intrigued me last year and I haven't been able to find it to watch it yet.
