Origin: Germany, He should have a rather sinister accent, with german impressionism. He should preferably be able to speak German too.

German Guard:
Age: 20+
Origin: German same as 'German Interrogator' but he don't need to be sinister.
Test Line: Halt, there is not entrance in here!(Only 1 line)

German Guard #2:
Age: Same as above.
Origin: Same as above.
Test Line: Scheisse, call in reinforcements.

Midget Officer:
Age and Accent: Consider how Nick Nack would sound with a german accent. Then you got the sound of him...
Test Line: Drop the Weapons Herr Ingles.

American Soldiers #1 #2  #3 #4:
Age 20+
Origin: ...America... Just consider your typical american soldier. The person should be 'able' to yell.
Test Line: We need that Air Support NOW!

Origin: France, French accent. Imagine a combination of: Skinner from Ratatouille and the Spy from TF2, it may sound odd, but that's sorta what he is anyways.
