Anyways, I had corned beef hash today in honor of my family being of Irish descent and also because it's Saint Patrick's Day! I took a poll at school today, asking people why we celebrated St. Patrick's day. Well, one girl said, "I don't know why we celebrate it but it's probably an excuse to drink." 
What do you guys do for St. Pat's day?

I usually go to my grandparents house, but today we didn't. I'm going tomorrow instead. The downside is that if you don't wear green, you get kicked out of the house without dinner.
This happened to me on Mozilla Firefox and on Safari. Is it my internet that is loading or is this common for a Forum?

Google Chrome doesn't give me that problem, but IE and FF do all the time.
Yeah, google chrome is definatly the smoother running of the three.

Heh, I did nothing to celebrate. And the only green I wore was the text on my yellow-ish BMW Isetta shirt 
I hate Saint Patrick's day as much as I hate Valentines Day and Halloween.
Too much pinching and crappy green shirts.

I am now 21. I am an American. I am now meet the legal age requirements for the imbibing of alcohol. I could have while underage, if I had really wanted to. That sort of things happens all the time.
Also, hate leads to suffering.

We had a St. Patrick's Day party at our house with corned beef, cabbage, turnips, rutabagas, carrots, Irish soda bread, colcannon, and a shamrock-shaped jello dessert with whipped cream/shamrock sprinkles. I'm feeling fat and happy! 
I went to the zoo with some family today, and seeing how I am claustrophobic, I didn't go into the densely packed reptile house. My grandmother dragged me inside to go see something. Never going to the zoo again
