I'll start with my favorites:
Johnny Depp

Smeagol
Keshens voice acting is always really good.
Jargon and KG are my personal favorites as brickfilmer voice actors.
As celebrities, I'd have to say Johnny Depp because of how amazing he was in Rango.

I've definitely got to include Mark Hamill as far as celebrity voice actors go. He's my absolute number 1 favourite! 
As far as Brickfilmers:
Smeagol
filmyguy
and Keshen
are some of my favourites! 
And, well, I have to like Spudster simply because I like his voice. Hehe.

Also, for celebrities: Tom Hanks as Woody.
Danny Trejo has a pretty great voice, though I'm unsure whether he's voiced anything in a movie that isn't himself.
Brickfilmer-wise, I've always liked Shale and Blunty.
Wow, I forgot about some of these people! Add Fancypants and Keshen to my list.
JustKidden is pretty damn awesome, as is Filmyguy. Although I must say I do enjoy listening to Mobile's "Ham On Set", where he voice acted everyone, which was perfection as far as voice acting goes. Daragh & brick7 also rank highly, IMO.
Someone should try to get a celebrity to star in one of your own brickfilms (this goes out to everyone in general). Only it should be a really good brickfilm.

He does the most ridiculous voices ever, like Gus and the weird guy in "Have a Tree!"
Keshen can do voices really well but it seems as if he uses 2 more than others.

That would be awesome, although it's practically impossible. Celebrities usually don't have any normal recording softwares and equipment at home, they just get invited to a studio.... I dunno what about you but my studio is pretty darn sucky to have a celebrity as a guest in it 
and contacting them would be da pain in the arse, I could hardly find any contacts. Still a good idea though I hope to see some great actor one day in some great brickfilm!
