Made a little test, pretty pointless and doesn't deserve it's own thread. Here. Like I said, It's really nothing but a test on a split/two way video thing on Sony Vegas. How does it look?

Yesterday I had quite an Internet IRL day. I went to see The Midnight Beast live (don't check them out unless you're at least 13). They're a comedic band from London who started out on the Internet, so that was the first thing. During the support act, I looked up, only to see this...
"Oh look, there's a guy with blur hair... WAIT THERE'S A GUY WITH BLUE HAIR. OMFGOFMFGOFM"
I suddenly realised it was Tom Milsom and Eddplant from Sons of Admirals, of which I'm a MASSIVE FAN.
tl;dr?
I haven't animated in two months, so I tested myself to see if I've still got the jist of 15fps.
Very good for being "rusty."

Yeah, Just a little update video not worthy of it's own thread. What do you think of the animation bit? 
I see you still need to fix the light flicker. Try setting the gain to manual.
The animation is defiantly good - great even but light flicker is still a bit of a problem.
Tips for fixing light flicker:
Make sure you film at night (Or at least in a dark place)
Use only the lights you use to animate with.
Wear a dark shirt.
Avoid computer flicker if your monitor is facing your animation area (eg. while animating, flicking through brightly coloured websites)
Make sure your camera white balance, exposure, gain etc. is all on manual
I'm not a professional or anything, but these tips helped me when I had lots of light flicker (not that you have loads).

I'm sure it's just the gain because I have the same webcam as you and I used to have light flicker just like that.
