Hi producers of BIM.com, I am wondering about something?
In the rules of BIM 2011 TOY contest rules it says that we (brickfilmers) must post the video in a message, my only question is how do I send it in a message?
Also I know that we cannot send a video in before the beginning of July but I would still like to know how to send a video

For one thing, this belongs in the thread that pertains to this competition.
Secondly, all you need to do is post the video online on a media sharing website, like MediaFire or Bricklink, or even as an unlisted YouTube video, and send the link(s) in the Private Message.
Lastly, I don't know if you read my other response to one of your threads, but you have an edit button. Please use it. Double posting in quick succession like that gets annoying.
According to the rules, would it be ok to use a bit of the footage used in the TOY film for a trailer?
After Avant-Garde, I'm all worried about timing, perhaps I need a small 2 week break from all this.
As far as trailers, you can post a trailer at any time you want, but such a trailer won't be eligible for the trailer contest. It can't contain the majority of the movie in it, either. The trailer contest probably won't happen until June or early July; it may or may not have a prize but there will likely be some kind of winner and commendation.
I really need an idea don't have one..
