The Sheriff of Nottingham/Snape/Hans Gruber - Robin Hood Prince of Thieves/Harry Potter/Die Hard respectively
Richard III (without a doubt the most underrated villain EVER - the guy admits at the very beginning that he's evil)
The Queen of Hearts - Alice in Wonderland (2010)
