Does anyone know of any Freeware audio software capable of scrubbing audio?
And yes, I have tried Google....
I dont get what you mean by 'Scrubbing Audio'
I think It mean going frame by frame while previewing the audio as well as the audio.
Max, What is your price range, because I know a couple of programs that can do so.
It means isolating different sections of an audio track.

The Most used software that you could also use as a video editing software
Such as Sony Vegas, Funal Cut, Adobe After Effects.
