I give up on that question, since I tried to answer it, but no one takes it well, and I don't use that webcam/quickcam anymore.
Anyways, for your light flicker problem, yes, turn off the white balance. What I do, is set my camera's settings to lamps, and not sunshine, and then I don't face those lamps directly at the set. I point them in various directions.
Also Eddie, next time please use the 'edit' button on the bottom of each of your posts.
What about natural day light bulbs? Are they much of a difference
Does any one use natural day light bulbs?

Eddie, you know you can edit your posts instead of double-posting.

Downgrading software, I though someone had a link around here, but to downgrade my software, I E-mailed Logitech asking for the download and they gave me the download.

What do you mean by downgrading software?
Like switching from 7 to Vista would be downgrading.

Hey guys! I tried out all the links on that list Jargon posted and none of them worked! Do you have any other links for Vista to the QC9P 1.0 software?

That's why you put "EDIT" in front of the text you want to add. He should have done something like this:
