That's a pretty steep request...
Unless what you want is on this list, I'm seriously doubting you'll find it.
this is a cool website for royalty free music: http://incompetech.com/

Yes, but is it software?
(Hint: the answer is 'no'.)
sorry about that...
(but it really is a great website)
http://www.rewardprograms.org/thefreege akers.html there's a whole bunch of free software there, although some are shareware and some are already on this list.
EDIT
And http://trac.videolan.org/vlmc/ looks pretty good, it's on all OSes. Haven't had a chance to try it yet though.

have you ever heard of SAM animation? it is a free stop motion software that, I feel, is underapreciated in the BIM community.

That was in the "KLUTZ Book of Animation" wasn't it? I heard some good stuff about that.
It's not free software, you have to pay for the full version.

Is the demo the type with unlimited time, but limited access?

The free version just lacks some features that you have to buy. but it is still awesome, and yes I believe it was in the Klutz animation Book...
Monkey Jam is giving an Access Violation when I try and take a still...
I picked up a microsoft HD LifeCam in hopes of Fking shooting today finally...
I downloaded almost every GD capture software on the list and every one of them does not see this camera!
But the camera is working in delightful WMM and in the Livecam software... No Ghost like in the older version of WMM makes this thing worthless to me right now and with the 5 hours wasted pardon my anger in this post
on a good note though SMP works, but I don't have 189 clams to buy the dang program and my shoots take longer then 180 minutes to complete.. Aggravated is something I would rather be then pissed off as much as I am right now ![]()

Any one know A super great Linux based frame capture that is webcam friendly? I have bought three web cams already this week and no beans.
If there is a unique web camera that Linux users have no problems with a certain open source program as well... you would make my day.. well week now...:(
lsMaker appears to by down. Has it moved?
I don't think so... Works for me. Then again you did post 4 days ago.. =P
