Topic: How do I stop light flicker?

Well, as most of you see in my films, there is too much light flicker.

That was all he said.
I just need help with no light flicker. It's driving me crazy.
Is there any way to stop it?
EDIT: I have found my problem. My lamp wasn't pointing to the set directly!
So my new film, Random Things to Find While Plunging Your Toilet #1
has no light flicker! I think!
Thanks guys!

The only light entering your set should be from your lamps, have about 2 lamps.

Close all curtains, cover windows up completely, or FILM AT NIGHT, still keeping curtains shut because of cars etc.

Make sure you have the ability to set ALL  the settings on your camera to manual.

Wear wblack!

Turn off the TV etc.

Make sure its not the bulbs that are flickering.

Close all windows in the room that you are animating in. And all of the stuff that rsteenoven said.
