Topic: Minifigure face designer needed!

Hi everyone.
For my new film I want to use digital faces. I know how to do all the movement stuff already, but as I found out recently: I suck at designing faces. I want totally new fresh faces for this project. Please PM (or post it here) if you're interested and show me some work of you. The chosen designer gets fully acces to the script and storyboards. I'll give him/her further info by PM from that moment.
Oh, and it's an entry to the TOY contest, if anyone wants to know.

Well, I may be able to help you. I don't have Inkscape at the moment and I'm not too good with it anyway, but I can design faces with Gimp nevertheless. I can post some of my faces in a bit.

I have been designing a few in illustrator the past few weeks.
I'll spare some time to send you some good expressions I have made. Since its TOY they probably have moustaches though D:

I hope you understand that for the project I need like fully designed faces on a yellow strip so I can wrap it around the minifig.

The way I usually do it is to take a photo of a minifig that looks close to what I want my face to look like, load it up in Illustrator (or Photoshop would also work) and trace the facial features onto new layers. After that, you can just copy your regular mouth layer and edit it to create an open mouth layer, or an "oo" mouth layer or whatever. I am pretty bad at drawing, so if I can do it, anyone can.

Why the heck would you want that? You do realize if you make the background transparent , the result will look more believable, I've tried it.

You do realize that using this would allow you to use the CC Cylinder Plugin to a better effect in After Effects.
Also it's what all the cool kids do.

Im almost done making the base for the face, then im onto making mustaches and different mouths.
By the way TG-Tom, you have illustrator correct? otherwise I may need to make photoshop files which will be a pain.
