You know what's fun? When you're at the dentist, and the dentist is checking your teeth privately (just you and him in one room) scream as loud as you can and act like you're in indescribable pain. All the kids in the waiting room will hear you (hopefully) and be terrified of going in there. When you walk out, make sure to stagger out, holding your teeth in the process. 
(Note, I've never actually done this but if you want to make another kid have a fear of the dentist, this should do it.)
And in the process you'd annoy the hell out of the dentist, who is just doing his job. How nice of you.

Do it when the dentist has left you there with your mouth wide open. When he inquires you about your screaming later, just tell him you saw a really big bug.
